The Mets take on the Baltimore Orioles today at 1:10pm, after losing to the Marlins 7-6, yesterday. The Mets nearly came back from a 7-2 deficit, scoring five runs in the ninth inning. Matt Harvey had a good outing, striking out eight while allowing three runs in five innings pitched.
Jacob deGrom will start against RHP Andrew Cashner today. deGrom struck out four while allowing two runs in 2.2 innings pitched in his last outing against the Astros this past Sunday.
